The Google Maps picture is straight north, whereas the MineCraft version is more or less on 350 degrees. The parking lot underneath the square has already been excavated like this:
The red zone is gone to a height of 4 blocks, the blue elements represent two more entrances: the circle for pedestrians, just as the top left one, the square is the entrance for cars (the square at the bottom left is the exit for cars).
The kiosk (bottom center) is going to be a challenge, due to its circular shape ...

EDIT: just found out that the car entrance top right is actually 25 meters/blocks more to the north.
